I just wanted to say a big thank you to A Bailey Plumbing on Andrew street who saved us big $$$$$! Our solar hotwater system stopped working when we had 3 days of rain last week. We called a few plumbing companies and one of them came last Tuesday and had a look. He said "it's 17 years old, just too old and can't fix it" then they showed us some choices of new systems but we decided to go with Andrew Bailey who explained a lot to my partner so he could understand what to choose. Anyway, they came this morning to install the new system which we ordered($4500). They asked me what was wrong with the current system so I explained to them. They then decided to fix it without prompting. After 10mins, he called me and said "it's been fixed. if you want to install the new system, we can but you don't need to"!!!!!!!
I was just so surprised at their honesty! They could've installed the new system and we wouldn't have known!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!

The call out fee's for this company are by far the most expensive in the area after shopping around extensively. When I queried the bill and questioned why it was so expensive (My father does this exact work, currently interstate) so I am well aware of industry pricing, without notice or warning A Bailey Plumbing (Trespassed) returning to my property and reinstalled the faulty part on my hot water system and then told me once they had left. I had previously used this company and wasn't robbed on that occasion however I would never use this company again nor recommend them to anyone! Be warned
