I've had appointments with 4 of the doctors at this clinic multiple times over the past 2 years. They were all incredibly rude and insensitive, and didn't seem to care about me at all. Furthermore, the wait times vary. Sometimes I'm in within 5 to 10 minutes, other times I've waited over an hour.
The only good thing is that the nurses and desk staff are usually very lovely, and they always get you an appointment on the same day.
So I suggest only coming here if you absolutely need a same-day appointment.

I called up to make an appointment for that same day and I was able to get one within the hour. I showed up and only had to wait around 10 minutes for the actual appointment. I now go here regularly as a patient to get scripts and discuss any concerns I have with the Doctors. I have never had an issues with them and they appear to be friendly and provide the appropriate time required for the appointment. The owner seems very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!
Do not go here! I have never received such poor patient treatment from a medical clinic as I did here. I was left unattended for 30 mins with no indication of the hold up (whilst few other patients in the clinic), listening to the nurses and reception staff discuss personal issues. One staff member pointed out to a nurse that I was unattended and had been waiting for a while. Staff said they'd lost my forms. When I did see a member of staff, it turned out to be a nurse who then threw up their hands rudely and said they couldn't help me, I'd have to wait again to see the doctor because they'd accepted another patient. Unbelievable! Has to be one of the worst clinics around.
Sounds like you were booked in for a travel medical consultation and then changed your mind and only wanted a prescription!.
Most busy medical centres have a waiting time and you are never guaranteed to be seen right on time. This is because it is difficult for patients and staff to predict how long the consultation may take. They also take in emergencies and walk in patients who may demand to be seen as well.
This particular medical centre is one of the few in the inner city open long hours every day of the year and is always packed out!!
It also provides a wide range of services including on site pathology, a dietician, skin cancer clinic with specialist and a dentist on the same floor
Feel free to go elsewhere. Good luck in finding a clinic that sees you right on time , every time!!
It is very difficult to allocate a length of the time allocated to a patient booking as there are many variables involved in a consultation. There are also emergencies to deal with all the time which are often walk in patients without a booking.

This clinic is terrible, don't go there. My boyfriend and I had to wait for more than an hour while we had an appointment when it wasn't even busy, the medical staff were just listing what products were in store... Hour delay without even apologizing, eres rude! A smile wouldnt hurt. Backpackers find another place to get what you need!
There is a clearly marked sign at reception telling you to notify them if you have been waiting more than 20 minutes!!
Wish I could give this place a flat zero. Medical staff are rude. You will wait more than an hour for your appointment.
With 5 doctors fully booked every day,and also taking walk in emergencies. there is a chance that some days there may be delays in appointment times.There is a clearly marked sign telling patients to notify staff if you have been waiting more than 20 minutes.They will then triage the urgency of your consultation and do their best to accommodate you.
Perhaps you were also rude to the reception staff but your anonymity makes it difficult to contact you to discuss your issues!!
