I ordered another lot of sympathy flowers this week whilst I was on holiday at the Gold Coast, and the flowers had to be delivered that day as the funeral was the following day and out of town so the recipient wouldn't be home all day. I rang Susanna at almost lunchtime, so not very much notice. It was no problem, and the flowers were delivered early evening. Due to the short notice she let me know what flowers she had available, which I was happy with, and then she let me know when they had been delivered. I was very impressed again and will continue to use this florist.
I ordered sympathy flowers and they were delivered quickly, and they were a very beautiful arrangement. I have odered other boxes of flowers, and they were very pretty. I also received a large boxed arrangement for my baby shower from A Flower Story, and it was really beautiful. I am very impressed with Susanna Lee's work, her sense of style, prompt delivery & professionalism.
