A Formal Affair

I went to this store when shopping for a year 12 formal dress, and was absolutely blown away by the standard of service offered at this store! The staff were very helpful and respectful of budgets and tastes, and the range of dresses was amazing, ranging from all sizes and styles. I had a great experience, and I can’t recommend this store enough!

I was so happy with the way i was treated here. Glorious staff who just want to help. A wonderful selection of gowns to suit every body shape. Prices to suit most budgets.
Parking is around the back and entry is at the front.
If you want to be treated the way you deserve, by caring staff who love their job, go no further than here.

Very disappointed. I took my daughter formal shopping here and we left after 20 minutes in tears. The staff were unhelpful and made remarks about my daughters weight which was very upsetting to her. Shame on you.

Worst customer service ever. I visited here with my bridesmaids after hearing great things about the selection of dresses in store. This is where the greatness ends. After waiting 5 minutes and being the only customers in store, I asked for assistance from the 3 shop attendants who took no interest in anything but their own conversation. When I explained we were looking for bridesmaids dresses, I was told to wait while one of the staffs checked with who appeared to be the management. When she told them we were looking for bridesmaids dresses the other staff rolled eyes and huffed and puffed as staff checked ordering times. I was then told quite rudely that there was no way we were getting dresses from that store as we had left it too late. I can very much appreciate waiting and ordering times.
