The owner of the business is very good. In regards for doing thier job. So helpful and even gave me discounts. My carpet is so clean.
Papabels and AGI, I am just writing in response to your comments. My review is accurate and it is also the feedback I gave over the phone after my service when AGI rang for feedback themselves. I am more than happy to provide a copy of the invoice you gave me for which I paid. I live in Avalon and had to wait approx three weeks for the service, which is a considerable time as far as I am concerned. Personally that is one of the reasons I chose AGI as I thought an extensive waitlist indicated a good service as they were in demand.

I have been using AGI Carpet Services for over 10 years. They are fantastic. With 2 dogs and 3 kids, my carpets take quite a beating. But after AGI have been, they are left so beautiful and clean. They can always fit me in, no matter when I call. There is no waiting time. Would highly recommend.
They are very professionally run and have a long wait list so book well ahead. The truck is enormous so no doubt have all the right equipment. Whilst my carpet didn't come out as clean as I hoped, it was only 2.5 years old, And whilst it was only marked from dirt I understand miracles cannot be made, they worked to a high standard and I was still pleased with the overall service.
Thank you for your review, however we do not recall ever having done any work for you. There are a few things in your review which are not correct. First being that we DO NOT have a long wait list, and can generally book people in within a week. The second being that as we have state of the art equipment, with our technician having over 30 years experience, your 2.5 year old carpet which is only marked from dirt would have been perfectly cleaned and to your satisfaction. Perhaps if you were to truely use our services, you could provide an acuratae review, and not something totally made up. Please feel free to ring us for an appointment.
