Dedicated to helping my clients achieve their personal health and fitness goals. Group classes located in Moana and Woodcroft.

A-lish Fitness is dedicated to helping its clients achieve their personal health and fitness goals.

As a personal trainer, my aim is to help my clients reach their goals while supporting, mentoring and motivating them along the way.

I hold a current qualification in personal training with my Certificate III & IV in Fitness and have been running my own business for over 3 years. I am registered with Fitness Australia and hold both up to date CPR and Senior First Aid Certificates.

I currently run 3 indoor group fitness sessions in Moana at the Moana Pioneers Memorial Hall, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday all at 6am for 1 hour.
- Monday is a weights and cardio circuit workout.
- Wednesday morning is a full on boxing workout.
- Friday is a bootcamp inspired workout.

I also run evening classes at the Woodcroft Neighbourhood Centre every Monday and Wednesday night at 6:30pm for 1 hour.
- Monday night is a full on boxing workout.
- Wednesday is a weights and cardio circuit workout.

The classes are open to people aged anywhere between 16 and 50 year old. As long as you are able to run, jump, lift weights and get your heart rate up you are suited for my classes. Classes are designed for beginners and people with advanced fitness levels. Maximum class participants is 20. You must contact me before your first session as places are limited and fill up fast!

I have been a client of A-Lish Fitness for just under 12 months now and my only regret? - Why didn't I join sooner?!?!

Like most over weight people, I was afraid of joining a fitness group: I'm too fat, I'm too unfit, everyone will judge me. Well not A-Lish Fitness. The only person who's judging you is yourself.

The motivation, commitment and care that Eirlys puts into her clients is intoxicating - in a positive way. There are no limits - anything is possible and you're not alone in achieving your goals - whatever they may be. You are encouraged to push yourself, without even realising it, and when you do, you feel great!

While I keep getting told I am responsible for my own successes, I can't take all of the credit. I can guarantee I wouldn't be the person I am today without A-Lish Fitness.

I have been going to A-lish Fitness since it started a few years ago. Eirlys the trainer pushes you to work really hard, and she gets results. Some of the results from participants have been phenomenal. She is really positive and enthusiastic, incredibly professional and really cares about her clients and wants to see them succeed. She is always bringing in new ideas so the workouts are always fresh. What I like about the classes is we are pushed to do things I otherwise would not do if left up to my own devices - really truly, my heart rate soars in her classes. I am the type of person who can feel uncomfortable in the weights room at the gym for fear of getting it wrong (with my picture posted up to facebook in some horrible meme), but now it doesn't matter because I get that incorporated into the circuit workouts, with a tonne of cardio to go with it. I've only been doing this for a few weeks now and I love it would highly recommend A-Lish fitness to anyone. It is a chance to have some fun meet new people and get fit along the way. She is a great trainer and always pushes you to do your best. She also takes the time to learn everyone's names and any injuries that may prevent them from doing certain exercises and makes everyone feel welcome. I've always been scared to join a group fitness class but now I cant get enough!! thanks heaps!!
