I started personal training with Debbie, 12 months ago. Since starting my program I have gained fitness, confidence, lost heaps of weight and mostly I actually love exercising.
Debbie has taught me so many different exercises and yes we actually have fun doing it.
There are so many different people I have met, from all different ages.
Debbie has group training sessions as well as her personal sessions and they are great to keep you motivated and meeting new friends.
We have been on a few weekend group adventures, and I cant wait to see what Debbie may have in store for us next year.
I truly recommend Debbie from A look at you fitness to keep you strong, focused, having fun and yes strange but whilst doing all that getting fit.
