Would not use again. Massively underestimated the time required resulting in another payment of over $400. Quicknto reply when they can quote but not when you wait a week for a receipt and three weeks and counting for damaged goods.
Actual revivalists on the day worked very hard, not their fault office can’t quote properly. Arrived spot on time,didn’t come in a second before time. Wasted 30 mins getting truck up driveway and looking through house. Also took long way to new property.
Absolutely hopeless. Worst experience ever. Got my time wrong not once but twice and then broke the leg of my dining room table. I contacted them to try and sort it out (I completely understand things don't always go to plan but it is how you redeem yourself that matters!!!). No return contact at all. Taking them to Tribunal so they can waste more of my time/ money but they need to be taught a lesson. Congrats on being the worst company I have ever dealt with.
They also broke my dining table leg, solid timber and they still managed to break it. Plus damaged a whole heap of other stuff, asked for photos and then never contacted me again. They should be ashamed.
I will tell you about this mob 'as it is', as they are, based upon my true experience and you, like me should regret having contracted them, if you have or are about to (the first thing with me, there was no contract, nor invoice at the end, and silly me, I trusted them!). They did a mediocre job, damaging a lot of my items, notwithstanding the 100 metres of bubble wrap (and cardboard, and packing tape, and...) I used.None of the three removalists their office in Woy Woy sent me were fit, on the contrary, they were smokers with big beer bellies, and when you have to go up a driveway with boxes, the result is appalling! DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING, what they ask you to sign is their right to gouge your credit card of any amount they feel is adequate for the -poor, very poor- job they will do at your place, and YOU hard earn money will be lost, please, take my word, it happened to me, and I am still waiting for their invoice... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Disgusting service I was quoted $380 for 3 hours and they charge in 15 min increments after that . They were there 3 hours 10 min but charged 4 1/2 hours because they charged to and from Depo WHICH WAS NEVER DISCUSSED WITH ME ! Maybe the lady on the phone Dianne was too busy telling me about her alcoholic father being the reason for her having 2 ns in her name ?? To tell me of this fact . Disgraceful
