Glen is the best chimney sweep we've met. He responds to calls almost immediately, even when it's raining. He gave us information on choosing the correct wood to burn, to reduce the creosote build-up inside the chimney, too. On one of his visits, he was up on our roof to locate the blockage and found a barbecue bone jammed in the top. Perhaps the kookaburra preferred smoked bones! I would unreservedly recommend Glen for any chimney work you need done.
