Being set on its own block there is plenty of off street parking for cars, boats and trailers or room for the kids to safely ride their bikes or kick a football.Features include a fully self contained modern kitchen, split system reverse cycle air conditioning for year round comfort, queen size bed and two bunk beds and open plan dining and lounge area. Outside there is a lovely green garden area to relax and unwind with a barbecue and outdoor seating.
