very dissaponted, expect excuses and never to hear back once you have paid for the job, i had him do a simple showere head, whoch tenants claims that there was nothing wrong with , only to find new showere head to be faulty. disgusted!
Ive experienced a similar situation, as our tiles werent changed as well as our showerhead in the expected time that we were told. The customer service was not really good, however they atleast got the job done... AFTER A WEEK!
