A Shear Delight Dog Grooming is a unique salon for dogs only. Michelle has 12+ years experience in this industry.Our services include:
Dog Clipping, Washing, Coat Conditioning, Ear cleaning and Nail Clipping. We are also very experienced in Colouring & Dyeing dogs.
And unlike most dog grooming salons, you can wait in the salon if you want to!
We understand that some owners like to see what is happening behind the scenes and we give our clients the option to watch in their own separate area. Please note this service needs to be pre-arrange, so just mention it to us when making a booking.
We also have easy access parking in a circular driveway, so you don't have to worry about being caught in the rain.
The Salon has excellent facilities to accommodate your pooch including heating and air conditioning as well as a good sized Dog Room, a place for the dogs to have a break during their treatments.

I just picked up my Samoyed and was surprised he only took 2 hours, he usually takes 3 to 4 hours. When I saw him I realized why, he was cut and shaved. Every qualified groomer knows that Samoyeds aren't to be cut and especially not shaved. It ruins their outer coat and their ability to stay warm and to protect their bodies from sticks and burs getting to their skin. The groomer said she had to shave because he was so thick but no other groomer had taken the easy road. It takes an extra hour or two to actually do a good job. And I was very disappointed to be over charged. I was estimated $100 but charged $180. She didn't budge from this price when I questioned her about nearly doubling the quote. I would not recommend this groomer to anyone. She obviously doesn't deal with long haired dogs.
Your dog was NOT cut and shaved !!!!!! Your dog had its poo backed bum clipped and its dirty hygiene area clipped, a VERY LITTLE scissor around its back legs, its feet and a little under the belly. Your dog had 2 groomers working on it for 2hrs. l told you the price would start at $120 depending on how bad it was,, and your dog was VERY dirty. You seen to compline about all your grooms, as you told us about your last groomer too. Maybe you should just groom your dogs yourself.
Wonderful service provider. I had my Aussie Shepherd groomed at A Shear Delight Dog Grooming last week and I couldn't be happier. Michelle was very friendly and knowledgable. My pup, though she has the potential to be quite nervous was happy to be left there. I couldn't believe how wonderful she looked when I picked her up. I could easily have spent 5 hours trying to groom out her undercoat and trim her hair and there is no way that she would have looked as good. I am so happy thank you! We will certainly be back!
I rang Michelle this morning and she was very friendly and easy to talk to. Michelle was very accommodating and flexible with her hours. When I arrived at the groomers they were very welcoming and it felt very homely. My Pugalier got his feet clipped and they did an amazing job, they kept him calm during the whole process. Thank you so much!!!
They do a great job grooming my dogs, but lack alot in the customer service department. They would not allow me to stay while my 2 dogs got groomed. Also very time consuming, took 4 hours before i could pick up my dogs.
All customers are welcome to stay while l groom, but it needs to be the 1st dog or dogs or the day. We take time to get to know the dogs and a full groom will take beteen 1 1/2 to 2 hrs each. Thank you.
