I don't think I've ever reviewed anything before but I have to say that the service I received over the phone from a specific man was atrocious! Rude and abnoxious just a few words that come to mind....
Being in a trying time with family at the moment looking for guidance, non was given, hence I hang up and called on other company called Mind Dogs and was pleasantly surprised to find a helpful lady who set my mind at ease while providing help and support.
I just wanted to let anyone who is looking for help with companion or assistance dogs for people with mental/palliative care issues that there are other company's out there and to not have to talk to a person with no dignity or respect.
