Really good service – I have just had a delivery of an order and it was seamless – I did not read these articles before and just bought on price and trust – Spoke to a rep and he gave me details and confirmed stock was on hand. I placed the order and I received my monitor the next day as promised – After reading these articles I can only say that I had a really good experience.
Emailed through a sales request & then had to follow it up by phone 3 days later. Harrison refused to put me through to a manager / owner & actually stated that he didn't know who his manager was & didn't know who the owner is.

Update: After a 2 more messages left I finally got a hold of Robert again to confirm that even though everything I had read about AO3 was shoddy, that he had an excellent price & that I wanted to confirm availability 110%. He double checked his "warehouse" (his supplier who i won't name but can attest to their excellent standing in the IT industry) I got a phone call back to confirm if I ordered I would get shipment of my order. At 3+% credit card surcharge I chose to pay EFT and being a Friday I knew I was taking a double chance at getting screwed up but low & behold, Tuesday afternoon (Monday mornings bank statement to confirm my EFT) Startrack delivered one very big box.
End summary, communication in the team leaves a fair bit to be desired but pricing & product on the ball.
Avoid this company!
I paid for an item and was told I'd receive it in 3 days. After a week when I asked for an update, they told me they couldn't ship it for the price they quoted. They asked for more money! When I requested a refund they lied and did not pay. I had to get Office of Fair Trading involved to get my refund. It took about a month.
Placed an order end Sept for an item "In Stock". Apparently it appears that "In Stock" on their website means that it exists somewhere in the world and not necessarily in one of their warehouses in Australia. Staff seem to have a random excuse generator for reasons why it has not turned up. Hopefully will receive before warranty expires.... suggest you avoid this supplier unless you are into torture. (why oh why didn't I find the previous reviews before I placed an order !)
I received a quote from A03 and decided to place an order. I arranged for payment (whcih they accepted) Recieved a phone call the day before the laptop was supposed to arrive stating teh laptop hasnt been sent and that if I still want it I need to pay more money, I advised them that as they have accepted payment, they cannot increase the price. Ended up having to contact the ACCC, to try to resolve the matter. In the end I got my money back, but avoid A03,
