Our rates are designed to help the person chasing short term cash over $100. Loan and redeem the item on the 7th day will only cost you 20%. eg: Loan $100 repay $120 to collect your goods.

Lazy, unhelpful staff. We called them to see if they were interested in buying furniture/whitegoods. They said they would come the next day& have a look. They didn't show or even bother to call! Apart from all this, there items for sale are way to high for secondhand goods. Re instore lack of customer service!

Lot of stock ,but on our last 2 visits have received the worst customer service i have ever encountered . Went to ask the lady behind the counter a question , She looked at my wife then just turned her back on her, My wife had to say escuse me about 4 times before she got a very rude "what". We asked about an item we were interested in , her reply "the price is on it somewhere" , i replied that i couldn't see it .The salesperson rolled her eyes and said bluntly "It's on it somewhere", she didn't make and movement to show us , so i just walked out .Needless to say i will never return.
