A1 Dry Cleaning

Shrunk three brand new shirts of mine, went straight from the retail store to A1 dry clraners, x 2 tarocosh, x 1 Gazman $230 gone!. I payed for dry cleaning and the manager said they machine wash all clothes first, then thats Not dry cleaning , your running a laundry mat service. Shirt labels clearly say no warm wash and no tumble dry. Manager (Leo) was blaming the fabric and refuses to pay for damages. Will be opening up a case with consumer affair's now!

Has to be the worst dry cleaners l have ever come across. Brought my $329 Tommy Hilfiger jacket in which they severely damaged - it has blue markings all over the jacket. Silly me, l went back so they dry clean my pants which had two olive oil dots and my wedding vest that has sweat marks. The pants they did not do a good job as the dots were still there! Said dry clean again in which they got the dots off. Couple days later l noticed my pants were damaged. The vest was as if they didnt even attempt to dry clean it. They re-did it and somewhat a slightly better job but it's all still there! They can't even get sweat off LOL! To make matters worse, they damaged the vest. It now has a line through it as the a strand was pulled out. I can't believe these guys are still in business. You pay full price yet they don't even get rid of the stains!!! For anyone reading this, trust me, you will regret it if you bring your garments here!

My washing machine broke down so I went to these guys to help me out. I'm disabled so washing and ironing is really hard. Leo did a deal with me that they would wash, dry, and fold for $20. I picked up my washing and paid them $30 because it was a loaded case. Next load I dropped off they washed and just squashes everything back in. The third time I went back and I told them what happened and the daughter said that they were understaffed (yeah right ) and couldn't fold it. So I said ok cool just cold wash the lot and dry it and I'll pay you $20 instead. She said no, then said she'd ask her dad. Came back out and insisted they couldn't do it for $20 because it now won't cover costs. So make no deals with these people they're snakes and liars. I had my suit taken up on the third visit and Connie (employee who does the alterations) was clearly angry about the way I was treated. Never ever going back to them. I wasn't rapt with the service! The jacket still had all the stains on it. I was offered half price.
As I went to collect half my payment back (as I had already paid at drop off), I was told "You didn't pay". I had no proof as the lady didn't give me a receipt.
After an argument, she then remembered, she did in fact collect payment and I was handed half my money back. I won't go back if I need to dryclean again, as I'm sure there are better places around.

NEVER GO HERE!!! I dropped my $600 quilt off to be dry cleaned and a week later when I went to collect it they could not find it! After waiting 50 mins they then accused me of being crazy and not dropping my quilt off with them and it must have been a different place as they never lose items! Well guess what they finally found it!! AND IT HAD NOT EVEN BEEN DRY CLEANED YET!! They were mean and not helpful in the least! If you want to be told you are crazy and not have your items be able to be found then by all means go here! But I know that I will NEVER go to them again!
