“I am very disappointed and angry with this removalist service. Booked 3 weeks ago and turn up this morning seeing everything is too difficult and left. This has stressed me out as now I need to find a removalist ASAP now. I do not recommend them. Poor service, no reliability. I tried calling the manager. No answer and no reply.
If I could give below half a star I would. I booked 3 men in the hope that the removalists would get through the job quickly but those hopes were soon dashed. After having worked about 1 hour, the 3 men started going very slowly and took at least 4 or 5 smoke breaks before we had even left. Unloading at the other end was exactly the same story. They were going slow the entire time and took multiple smoke breaks.
A couple of small items never arrived, I assume they were broken enroute but rather than tell me they obviously left with them. Other pieces of furniture like tables and beds were badly scratched. I rang and spoke to Brandon who first told me he didn't believe me, then told me he'd speak to the men and get back to me. He never did.
I've moved 6 times in the last 6 years and these were easily the worst removalists I've ever employed. I would recommend NOT booking these guys.
I don't recommend A1 removal,When I make a deal with them,they promised that there wouldn't be any extra charge,But on the day of removel there was a delay becasue of the parking issue.Then they ask me ofr extra 400 first ,Then I told them I will cancel the deal then they just continue with the job.However,when I reach to destination and on the half way of unloading from truck,they asked me to pay extra of $150 and treaten me if I don't pay they will stop the work.Finally I end up paying extra of $100 .When i was making adeal with A1 removal they said no extra charge however the condition on day of removal.I will not trust A1 removal anymore.And the the guys who was doing the job they are not nice at all.
