Bought clean and window wash from Living Social for day before end of lease so time critical. Confirmation email finally - they NEVER answer their phones. Took time off work to let them in etc., but complete no show. Nobody answered the urgent calls or email to them and had to do it myself after a 12 hour working day. Don't waste your time, absolute shockers.

I bought a Living Social voucher to have my gutters cleaned and guess what - no one turned up! Called the 'emergency number' 1300733820 numerous times but always got the answering machine. Left messages but none returned. Do NOT have anything to do with them!!

We purchased 2 vouchers through Groupon, they responded via email to make the booking, then have had no contact. They don't answer the phone or return calls and their emergency number is a fax number. DO NOT purchase from this company!!!!

Purchased a LivingSocial voucher, read these reviews but then phoned them and they assured me that the company would turn up. I booked a month in advance for the day before my daughter's first birthday party for a house and window clean. The day before I phoned 3 times and emailed to confirm with no answer, that night I received an email informing me that the cleaner had phoned in sick and would not be coming the next day. This was highly inconvenient as we did not have time to clean at the last minute before my daughters party. I have sent 5 emails requesting to rebook with no response. Terrible.

VERY UNHAPPY. Don't even deserve half a star. Purchased a Living Social voucher. Company has not returned any of the 6/7 messages I've left over the last two weeks. Living Social provided a mobile number, but it is always switched off. Seeking refund from Living Social.
