There services are incredibly bad.
on the day of the move, two men arrived at our 1 bedroom apartment at 8.45am. They started the removal and advice that they will need to do two runs as the truck was not big enough. The first run was packed with boxes and the refrigerator. They were able to unload into our 2 bedroom unit by 11.30 and when back to the 1 bedroom to do the 2nd run for the remaining furniture which includes TV, TV cupboard, glass cabinet, queen bed, desk, shelf, washing machines, dining table, and 1 three seated sofa. They return to our new apartment at 4.00 to unload the 2nd truck (it took them 4.5hrs to load the above furniture into the truck, and our new unit was only 1 min down the road but only took them 1.5hrs to unload all furniture). I am very disappointed to have to write this review, since I received incredibly bad service, but also incredibly good service on the same day which unfortunately was overshadowed by such a bad experience. Luckily it all worked out for the best eventually.

I booked a truck and two removalists to move my two bedroom unit. It all started off well but unfortunately it was going to be a very hot day, nearing 40 degrees. The removalists showed up on time around 8am, but the older of the pair who spoke almost zero English made it very clear he did not want to be there from the get go.
