Is it possible to give a zero rating?? They are hands down the worst removalists I have ever dealt with!! Firstly, on their ad in the torch they say it is $65 for 2 men, we ring up and were told its actually $70 for two men they said that the ad was old even though it was the current week's torch (this should have been my first warning not to pick them). They obviously put a different price in their ad so people will ring them seeing how they are the cheapest then give you the real price over the phone!! This phone call was done 2 weeks in advance of our moving date. 2 days before our moving date we ring them to confirm, they confirmed the time of 7:30am on Saturday 16 December 2017. Then they rang the day before on the Friday confirming again that they will be there at 7:30am tomorrow. Each time they called they would insist on 3 men, we constantly told them we only need 2. OH dear! please think again before using this company. i booked this company 5 weeks in advance and rang every fortnight to ensure that the booking stood. How do i know i booked 5 wks in advance? well i booked them on auction day of my house selling.
I booked them to arrive at 2:30pm that way they i could get a lot of the smaller stuff done and they just had to move the big stuff, you know. TV unit, beds, dining table, lounges, white goods ...read more
Very Slow, a move that has previously taken three hours took 6, they tore a hole in my leather lounge and broke a leg off my wardbobe.
They tried to over charge me and took many cigerette breaks- I had my brother come and help and with out him I can only imagine that they would still be packing the truck. Moving is difficult enough without having the added stress of poor removalists. They also took almost an hour to reach the new property. It took me 20 mins
