Rude and disgusting behavior. Both the daughter and father are grumps. They demonstrate extremely poor customer service with a chip on their shoulders. Had made a booking outlining what was needing to be done for the vehicle, yet on the day they failed to keep the booking on record, they had no idea I was coming. Once the service had been completed the commutation was extremely poor not detailing exactly what had been done. The made very inappropriate comments around me and my partner which left a very bad taste. Shameful to be considered a "business".
Day light robbery.
Avoid this business at all cost. Bad attitude with terrible people skills.
Bad machnic. Say what you want. He is happy to just do services and charging the local people very high prices. He is living off old cope automotive clients. Never take your car there. If you do be prepard to spend money.

Dealerships charge a lot more than we do and we try to stay competitive in pricing and parts.
Unfortuneately a lot of people tend to leave the repairs of simple issues too late where it will then cost more to repair due to underlying repercussions.
We have a theory that if you use a vehicle every day for work, then you should spend at least one weeks wage every three to six months on maintaining said vehicle.
There are people that purchase vehicle without investigating much expensive parts and repairs can be also.
You are always welcome to call by and chat about any issues you have and we will try to satify your requests.

This was the worst experience I ever had with mechanic. We left our car with them a few months back to fix a problem with the engine. They had the car for almost two weeks and charge us $$$$, and at the end the car still left with the same problem. Then they told me to get rid of the car. Then I took the car to another mechanic, and they identified the problem in 5 minutes. And they charged me an hour to fix the problem plus some parts replacement..... You can easily tell very ood from really bad......
I think it is such a shame that people are so quick to bag business or give them bad feed back. Why not give the business the oportunity to rectify the problem or give some compensation. I am sure that if given that chance they would have done what they could to make you happy, but it is easier to give bad feed back. It is hard for business to keep running nowa days, this business has been in and around the local area for a very long time. Give them a chance!!!!!!!!!!!!
