HORRIBLE !!! STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR ITEMS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Spend a bit more and go somewhere else. Is that bad it's going to fair trading.
Has a great - works well when you moving over a larger distance, got insurance and all the right packaging and tools to make it a great move.
Absolute disaster - movers where rough with our items, bumping, scratching, dumping it. Absolute no respect for another persons possessions. Warned them a few times and even talked to Bill about it during the move.
Bed head got bumped into door post
Cupboard got scraped against wall
brand new (2 month old) couches under filthy hands stains and scrapped against a wall).
Washing Machine is pumping water out (something got lose inside).
2 bumps in Fridge
Small Cupboard lost a leg piece.
They moved us from Sydney to the Blue Mountains. They arrived on time and the two staff were friendly, courteous, helpful and loaded and unloaded quickly and with reasonable care. When all of our furniture and boxes didn't fit in the truck they were able to send out a second small truck for the rest promptly. They had to work quite late because there was delays in us getting the keys to the new house but they didn't complain. And we were able to pay by credit card. Despite the other reviews here, I can't find a reason not to recommend them based on our experience.
To the ENTIRE PUBLIC OF SYDNEY. I highly advice to not use this service under any given circumstances due to the fact they show up 2 hours prior to the actual noted time without remorse. They have a reputation for taking your belongings outside & then abandoning the premises all together leaving your belongings exposed outdoors without a word said. You can call to find out what's going on with a reply "I'll call the truck" & then NO RESPONSE follows after that with your calls cut off, & finally their title is flawed as ut us really minus as there is absolutely NOTHING AAA about it. Buyer beware.
