I like to leave positive reviews when they are deserved. Our fridge finally died overnight and I was desperate on Friday to have it fixed. We have a baby at home and not a great deal of money to buy a new fridge. I called Paul and he came within an hour and a half at a time he told me. He fixed the fridge by giving it a full service which cost $150. He has 50 years experience and knows exactly what he is doing. It works like new (14 years old). Highly recommend this company.
Didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing, just replaced expensive parts without trying to identify the fault or listen to my description of the problem.
Charged $500 but the fridge still wasn't working properly. They said it just needed time to start up and left.
Called them back a couple of hours later because it was still broken. They replaced the same parts again, then started replacing everything else they could, clearly not sure what they were doing and hoping they might change the right part by pure luck.
