Ordered flowers on valentines day received the flowers but not chocolates and vase the delivery guy let me his boss number to call but never picked up so I called there shop said they would get back to me after couple hours called again spoke to lady said they would organise refund for vase and chocolates which was good next day got into heated argument with one young lady trying to send vase and chocolates next day I told her I spoke to lady yesterday saying they would refund me anyway she finally gave in refunded my money but what a hassle will never use these people again get some decent people to do ur customer service...

It may be too soon but I have a feeling I should have check on here before I ordered from these guys. If it turns out okay tomorrow I will amend my review but for now I guess we'll have to wait until tomorrow which is when they are meant to deliver the flowers. I'll admit I should have read the whole website from top to bottom where it says they reserve the right to change your order if what you want isn't available.

Honestly the worst florist I've ever dealt with.

They changed delivery time on me 4 times and when it arrived the flowers were dehydrated and old looking.

I called to speak to the girl who

took my order, when I explained to her the state the flowers were in, she was really aggressive and told me she was too busy and had no time for me. Thank you very much guys, you've certainly lost my business. A disappointing start to valentines day. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!

I ordered flowers from sweetheart flowers on valentines day...what a massive mistake.

Management were very rude, they delivered the opposite to what I ordered and when I called to let them know, the owners both hang up on me and told me that it was my bad luck.

Buyers beware, do not use these guys!

Quite possible THE rudest company I have ever dealt with. I made a call today to let them know that the bouquet of flowers I received as an anniversary present from my husband were dead, only 5 days after they were delivered. I received a bouquet of pink roses, daisies and carnations amongst other flowers, all of which lasted around 4 days. They have completely wilted. As such, I decided to call ' Sweetheart Florist' to explain my situation and to my utter shock the response over the telephone was disgusting. Firstly the lady on the phone, who reluctantly gave me her name after asking her countless times - spoke over me, would not let me finish my sentences and claiming 'your flowers are not dead'!
