I was in Emerald recently and I had a little car trouble. I called AAA towing because they told me they could do the job that afternoon. Two days later, they got around to it. When it was towed, they attached the chain to my engine mounts and bent and snapped them. When asked if they attached the chain to the engine mounts they said, "no attached them to the back of the car well away from the engine". I told them that in old Volswagen's like my kombi, the engine is in the back. After asking for person, who seems to run things, they told me my engine mounts were probably already like that. After some calls later, I convinced them to at least give me a refund which would pay for 30% of what needed to be done. They promised me a full refund. Weeks later they reconsidered this and decided to tell me that they would have charged me more, and that I should be thankful they didn't.
