AAB REMOVALS

This is a true an honest experience I had with AAB. Firstly their method of booking is extremely unorthodox, the person that answers the phone cannot be understood and asks you to send a text message. They do not reply to messages unless you send them 3 or 4 times. On the day of my move I had to call to make sure that they were coming and found out that they were not able to make it due to a "broken down truck". I couldn't make out what the staff was saying, It was horrible! The last thing I needed was a cancellation on the day, however it would have been nice to know about this early in the morning. It would also have been ok If they had informed me, but I had to call and find out myself. Had I not called I would have been stuck with no removelist on the day I needed to settle. Would not recommend these guys at all! Do not skimp out on this stuff if you can afford it!

They are really efficient. I used them for my moving recently. It was raining heavily but They cared about my belongings so well n looked happy during the hard work. They are organized and kind people. I recommend these company to anyone.
