Aalta Constructions (Dean Upcroft) has done extensive building repairs and renovations to my holiday property over a period of 18 months. They have done everything from replacing balconies, waterproofing, ventilation, new bathrooms and general carpentry. I have found Dean to be extremely honest & reliable and would have no hesitation in recommending him for any building job (large or small). I continue to use Aalta constructions for my ongoing renovations.
AALTA constructions designed and built an entry way for my new kitchen, installed custom doors and dressed an ugly entry way to the ground level.
Deanâ??s suggestions and advice from planning to completion were â??spot onâ??. He was meticulous. The resulting finish combined practicality with my budget constraints while repairing existing building faults. Dear Aalta team,
I am writing to thank you for the great job you did on our back deck. The area was unusable and an eyesore and now we can have a cuppa sitting in the sun which I am sure after working here you can appreciate is important to us.
I was impressed with the efficient way that you got the job done and how well you all worked together even though there was the occasional cursing.
Its not often that a job is finished within the time limit given.
I will not hesitate to give you a call if I need any work done again and the coffee will be ready for you. I am glad that I like your music because you kept me serenaded whilst here (just joking).
