I have been a loyal AAMI customer for the last 5 years, however this year I will be switching providers.
Someone backed into my car nearly a month ago, the dent is minor and the gentleman admitted fault and supplied details so I assumed this was going to be quick and simple to organise as I already had notified my regular panel beater and simply needed the Ok from AAMI.
