I purchased a property in 2014, no surveying was done, legal action pending response, I will not hesitate to contact legal representatives regarding this bad error.

I had extremely good service that helped me cope with the very poor srrvice of my Real Estate Company (Raine & Horne, Sempahore = 1/ 5). Janine was proactive and helped me have everything prepared on time. She also went out of her way to help me buy my next property in Sydney with a minimum of fuss. I would give 5/5 but I thought there was a little too much concern generated when matters were proceeding well.

Very, very poor service. While they were reasonably polite and responsive, it is really very clear to me that they have almost no idea how to do their job. Amongst other issues: purchase price incorrectly stated on transfer (out by $200,000) until I pointed it out; vendor's name incorrect on transfer; information they asked for had to be sent multiple times because they had misplaced the emails (only to later find them); incorrect verification of identity forms sent; sent discharge request to the wrong branch of bank, leading to delay; no draft settlement statement provided prior to transfer. There were other things in what should have been a very straightforward residential conveyance. I am a solicitor and have never seen anything quite like it in terms of number of errors over such a short period. Do not use them under any circumstances.

They lacked knowledge on the phone and didn't respond to queries in a timely fashon. I was getting late bill notices after I was told everything had settled (from the bank, council, SA Water) so that left me with the impression that they didn't handle everything on time.

Horrible "service". Found the conveyancer at this company to be totally unprofessional. May be fine if it is a straight forward transaction. But when is it like that? Every time something popped up that needed skill and expertise, the conveyancer went in to melt down and could not handle the pressure. Highly suggest shopping around.
