We had an issue with the electric cook top and lighting at our rental property. Our agent contacted Jay to investigate further and to fix the issues. Jay assessed the situation and after being in contact with the manufacturer of the cook top, advised us of our options before proceeding with the task (discuss options that best suit our situation). He not only gave us great advice, but saved us significant cost and time by sourcing a replacement unit (manufacturer imposed 2 weeks lead time).
