Just had a very bad experience with Anthony Farrugia, director of A B Unique Plumbing. After signing an annual maintenance contract, he did not pitch up to service my bioseptic waste system as per the contract on the agreed date. I then received a call over a week later, asking for 100% payment up-front. On questioning this I was told he'd been done-over in the past and he can't trust anyone. He then continued to tell me the amount he quoted is peanuts to him and he couldn't be bothered either way.
I only gave him one star so that I could post the review!
In the last 2 months Anthony has posted a fake 5 star reviews on multiple websites and socila media, in which he has attacked me whilst disclosing my personal details. He has also asked other tradies not to provide services to me (to be fair this is NOT working!). I have reported him for his bullying and threatening behaviour.
There are loads of council recommended alternatives for servicing waste-water systems, who charge less, who are responsive, arrive on time, and who do not need payment before arriving on site.
I strongly recommend Frank's Wastewater Services (Contact 0407 677 464). I've been using them for 2-3 years now - solid repairs to my system on handover from AB Unique Plumbing backed by reliable customer-focused service. They also do not need to post 5-star reviews on their own company - they let their satisfied customer do this!
