ABC Blinds

Highly recommend ABC. We had roller blinds installed throughout our new home and they are great. Showroom was very helpful, and the installer was very polite.

I booked a measure and quote with ABC blinds, took time off work to facilitate this. Sat around for 2 hours, no one showed up or called to say they were running late. I called the office and they said ‘oh she’s running late’, when I asked why they didn’t have the courtesy to call me and advise me she said they don’t know until customers call up to complain. Such terrible customer service. I definitely did not reschedule my measure and quote- who has the time to sit around and waste on the off chance these people may actually show up!

Would like to say what a great job Van & partner from ABC Blinds did with installing our blinds. He was very friendly, efficient & polite. Would highly recommend him.

I bought an outside awning and they installed the WRONG type.. They have admitted the salesman error but refuse to fix it because they would "lose money". They seem not to care. Not only that, the one that was installed is installed badly.

Had a blind from another company which needed repair and ABC fixed it in quick time
