Disappointing Experience. As an avid traveler who has booked accommodations worldwide, I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior from a hotel management team.
My ordeal began when, less than 24 hours before my scheduled check-in, I received a call from the hotel owner demanding my full address. This request caught me off guard, as it's uncommon for hotels to require more than a name and contact number during booking. Abel Tasman Motor Inn is one of the rare motor inns that cater for families. The staff was great and helpful. The room we had was great. It had room for 3 children is separate beds while the parents sleep in the other room. Our room also had a spa bath which is great after a long day.
