Hairdresser's didn't listen to what we asked them to do. Blond and brown foils ended up with a massive brown chunk in my fringe and a bad hair cut. They cut my boyfreinds hair so short after putting blond foils in his hair that you couldn't even see the colour.Why would I pay all that money to get foils in my boyfreinds hair just to cut it all off again? I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go here.
Very upset to hear that Amanda was not happy with her hair. I believe this was because the service was not performed by her usual hairdresser, who was away. We offered a totally free service to bring her hair up to her liking. As we believed it would have been a simple job to rectify the problem. This offer was not taken up. The hairdresser who performed the service on Amanda is now no longer in our employ.
