Abla Patisserie

Worst ever cake experience with Abla's Patisseries (Merrylands)!
I ordered a Black Forest cake last week for my son's birthday & after cutting the cake on B'day night found that it was made as vanilla sponge cake; not the type I ordered. The cake was very dry inside with few nearly rotten apricots at the bottom! So I took few slices to the shop the next day. The two ladies at the counter agreed that it's not a Black Forest cake & then told me "you should bring the cake on that day" (b'day night!) and "chef changed". After few words they asked me to leave my phone number so that the manager could call me. No one did.
Surely these people don't know anything about cakes and... what can I say about customer service! Aweful!

Went here recently for some coffee and desserts. The ladies behind the counter totally ignored us and we left. Shame as their sweets are quite nice. Maybe they were busy with a large order or something but a little communication would have been good.
