The receptionist is very rude, not helpful at all did not answer my questions. She had no idea what she was talking about and than she slammed down the phone on me.

Rude and intimidate staff on the phone.

I had a problem with the cash register few days ago, I tried to find out what was the problem by switched the register off and turn the power off and other possible way, but seemed didn't work, so I decided to call the Able Scale office to seek for some help and guidance how to fix it.
