Very patient and a wealth of information to assist in the design and correct sizing of the system for our site, intended usage and projected load. We started our conversation with Able Solar about 12 months ahead of the installation, and this allowed us to incorporate suitable areas for all the equipment into our dwelling and shedding design and construction.
Our initial installation took almost a week for 18 panels roof-mounted on two racks, 12 very large lead-acid (wet cell) batteries, a built on-site battery box, a pre-fabricated steel control box, inverter, charge controller, circuit breakers, cabling, etc. The installation is very neat and tidy and our electrician and the inspector were both as impressed as my wife and I are.
We had a subsequent installation of 6 more panels and a diesel generator to allow minimal lifestyle change during winter. Again a very neat and professional job.
