I love how this place is always bustling with the juice bar and cafe on one end and the supermarket on the other! Had a nice little morning tea - coffee with one of their less guilt muffins made of whole bran flour. They make great chia jam which I got their rhubarb and chia jam muffin. Their cakes and muffin choices in the counter all look great so another visit will happen soon! Those choosing their food from the servery can also bring their food to the cafe seating which I think is great!

Whether your looking for healthy alternatives or have special requirements, About Life caters for everyone! The food bar has a great range of healthy food ready to eat, with the range changing regularly. There is a frozen section for berries and spinach as well as a grind your own nut butter section. The juices they sell are delicious although slightly over priced.
Nomad's Thoughts: A unique and quirky store, which caters to everyone's needs. Prices are competitive to other stores although higher end products can be over priced. Delicious ready to eat food makes this the perfect stop for any lunch break!
Health food heaven even for the newbie!! Get some great food stuff to stock your pantry, fridge or garden. Boast taste testers of popular or new snacks which have a variety to cater to every vegan, DF, GF, EF, NF, Vego and Paleo need.
Most importantly a small section on the education behind food (via their books/talk/in store guests).. which needs a little love! Be careful of the indulgent but "raw" desserts. Overall products a little expensive, but competitive to like minded businesses.
Love the self serve option of food pick a container, fill it with any unlimited variation of salads, raw foods and t/a for breakfast lunch or dinner. Such a handy idea for the corporate lifestyle... Please bring to the CBD!!
This cafe/ grocer/ organic/ gluten free retail store is great when you are looking for that certain product that you cannot buy anywhere else. About Life stocks all of those unique products! They also have freshly made salads, and a food bar that you can select what you like and then take it away to have as your lunch in a little box. They also have a frozen section that stocks frozen berries and blocks of spinach. Really convenient when you are trying to have a healthy lifestyle and are time poor.
