My focus in training is on fast efficient training results! No one wants to do the work and not see results. I like high effort training! Because it works THE BEST! All the exercises are geared towards functional movement and training, so in this way you will not only get a GREAT workout (its not going to be easy!) but you will feel better doing normal everyday movements, such as unpacking the shopping.
Main tools of the trade: kettle bells, Body weight, Free weights, Elastics, universal strength apparatus (usa ladders)
