By far one of the best mechanics around i have been having trouble with a long time mechanic i got in contact with adam and his team adam was more than happy to listen & validate to my concerns we have since made good progress in getting everything fixed adam prides himself on quality i have not been disappointed any issues big or small adam and his team are happy to help highly recommend ??
It’s sad to say that the authenticity, morals and ethics have lowered ABS Mt Ommaney to there Knees! I had my Mercedes in for repair recently, it cost me $888.00.....6 days later the same fault appears, Calvin said it might be something different, I said same fault. I had to leave the car overnight again, Calvin calls me the next day to inform me it was the same fault and it would cost another $575. I said no more work on my car. I had to get Mercedes Benz to fix my car, they were confused as to what work ABS did! Well, l am now taking ABS Mt Ommaney to Court to recover the $888. I gave them opportunity to fix this, but they’re being difficult and offered me a low figure as a good will jester! No Adam, you now need to be held accountable for your actions! And you need to take lessons in dealing with the public and replies on emails. This will all come to a head soon. I spent over $500 on new front brake pads and rotors which ended up being squeaky and a embarrassment. I returned several times asking staff to fix them and and all they did was spray them with something which only stopped the noise for a day or two. Not exactly what the service I was hoping for.
Idk I thought these guys were really professional. I spent about $500 getting my shocks done a few months back and thought that was pretty good. The second time I’ve come I’ve got my brakes and a wheel alignment done.. but when I got it back it was shaking badly and still veering to the left.
I asked about it and kelvin said “that’s a balance it’s different” saying the balance was gonna be another $20 to $50.
I went back but they were too busy. The shaking was getting worse very quickly. I finally found some time to take it back a 3rd time where kelvin to about 10 min to do a balance. I found that they don’t even do the alignment at ABS.. is that why they insist it is a good alignment and charging me $50 for 10 min of their time when I’ve spent well over an hour driving back and forth I know I won’t be using them again.
After having numerous bad experiences with other Automotive workshops I took my car to be fixed at ABS Auto Brakes & Service @ Darra.
