I've taken my car to these guys for 6 years and they have always been great and given me positive advice.

Worst experience ive ever had with a mechanic. Took my car there because it was making weird noises and told them to fix what ever is wrong with it. They said it was my cv joints and engine mount so they claimed they fixed it. Picked up my car and the hole engine was moving when braking and making worse noises then when I droped it off. One of the guys there claimed that Mazdas are surpose to make that nosie and theres nothing wrong with it and then started to abuse me and my partner. Took it to another mechanic and it cost me 800 dollars to fix. I would deffently not recommended not going to this mechanic

The management wouldn't let me use one of the bays to park for half an hour -as I had a trailer with no where to park, there were over 10 bays free! If You helped me, my family and I would of been back to have our cars washed-Some people don't understand how to win over customers-

I took my car in a week ago. When I picked it up, it wouldn't start. They had run the battery flat and immobilised it. I had to take it to the dealership and the entire Body Control Module had to be reconfigured. Cost me $200. They also completely scratched the entire paint job. The dealership says it now needs to be cut and polished at the cost of $200. I have always had my car washed by various car wash places all over the city every 2-3 months for the past 20 years. this place is the worst. Don't go there.
