Mobile Massage - Health insurance rebates availableI graduated with a Diploma of Remedial Massage at the end of 2004. After that I spent some time working at luxury spas. I was very lucky to have been mentored by therapists with many years experience and it changed my philosophy about massage.
To me a massage is an experience that makes you feel good while it is happening, but you get up off the table and you feel loose, light and relaxed. I can definitely do deep tissue work, but my motto is comfortably uncomfortable or as TCM puts it exquisite pain.
I specialize in loosening tight shoulders, easing headaches and relieving back pain.

I experienced a beautiful massage with Roslyn. She applied lots of lovely oil and included Kahuna strokes, myotherapy and remedial massage. In the first five minutes I was already so relaxed and surrendered. I could feel that her hands were masterful and sensitive and even her elbows had a sensitivity to press in deeply for the release but not too deeply that my muscles would resist. Following the massage I felt so peaceful and balanced but more than this, my body felt open, grounded, strong and in such beautiful alignment and flowing with unconditional love and confidence. After the winter months and before the massage I felt contracted, a little stagnant and inward. The massage supported my body to flow with sparkling energy like a tree blossoming in springtime with new possibilities and a soft feeling of aliveness
