Absolutely disgusted with the service I received. I asked for a bond clean and the person that turned up just could not be bothered. They did not even attempt to clean the oven or bathroom! I ended up having to get another cleaner in afterwards! The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and unhelpful unless they were taking my money! Would not recommend to anyone!
You never apologised or took ownership of the errors that happened and here you are again, trying to manipulate the situation. The truth is, your company did the wrong thing and I will tell people about my experience. I have the proof in emails and my receipt from your company.
I know that you have us mixed up with someone, I would just like to please have the chance to prove it to you.
We pride ourselves on our professionalism, our quality of work being 2nd to none and stand by our guarantee. This is why I know that you have done the correct thing in reporting a dodgy business, it's just that you reported the wrong business.

We are never ever rude to customers on the phone in our admin, I believe that you may have mistaken us with another similarly named company.
I do feel bad for your situation and had you dealt with us you would definitely not have had this problem at all and would be extremely pleased with what you got!
I rang this company to get a quote for housekeeping for the apartment building that I manage and they were able to set up a meeting very promptly.
I was extremely impressed with their knowledge of how housekeeping should be done efficiently.
I thought that i would put them to the test, so 3 months later I have had nothing but compliments from our guests about how clean & sparkly everything looks. Before we employed "Team ACS" we were getting complaints about the apartments being dirty or they found rubbish. It was downright embarrassing.
So a little advise for fellow resort managers, don't just hire the cheapest "so called" cleaners, go with a professional company, it is however about the happiness of your guests.
BTW you may find that their price isn't that much more!

I had the team from absolute come out and do a bond clean for me ,my real estate was very picky and i knew i couldn't do it so i hired Absolute cleaning solutions ,i paid my deposit to secure my day ,they turned up on time and did a full bond clean ,carpets and flea control for me ,and it was the same company so i was pleased ,my real estate had a look through and was very pleased with the way the guys left it ,if you want a number one cleaning crew to do your place hassle free then ring them i did and ill use them again
