Beware!!!
Lisa doesn't pay her bills.
Complains constantly and changes her mind during any task that she employs people to do, then complains that it isn't complete or is dirty or damaged as she doesn't want to pay for anything!!
Then she has the hide to charge her clients huge amounts!
Beware of what you may be getting into.
Her response will be as usual not complete etc etc.

I was pretty upset with my Keratin exprience. The girls kindly got me this voucher as a 30th birthday gift as they knew I had always wanted it, but could never afford to get it done. I was so happy about receiving this gift and I booked it in for Saturday 2nd June. Due to me having long thick hair the girls gave me an extra $50 as from the terms they could see there could be a surchurge.

Very unprofessional! They promised me 2 time slots which they gave to someone else without telling me. When I questioned them about this they first told me they are fully booked and when I said I don't believe them they told me too go to another salon.

AWFUL!! Hidden costs. Will try to rip you off for anything they can.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Awful service. Charged $150 for a blow dry with extra hidden costs. Had 1 hairdresser doing 4 people's hair at once and took over an hour and a half, making me miss a makeup appointment for a wedding.
