Alan will rip you off dont make my mistake and use his business. He is rude and unprofessional he charged vastly different prices for the same 3 bedroom job within a 6 month period without justification then wanted to charge more than his inflated price for a full carpet clean for 3 bedrooms to return and remove one small stain that didn't come up on the first clean. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional when I enquired as to why this was the case. He is only interested in taking your money could care less about customer service or return business.

Came on public holiday with his noisy van to an apartment building. When challenged about noise level, gave offensive reply. This bloke is guaranteed to annoy your neighbours.

Recently quoted by Allan. Rude, does not value your time. Thought i'd give him achance as my mates have had him give okay pricing, but the service is not up to par. Do not waste your time with his dishonest work.

Absolute Professional Cleaning has been cleaning our carpets and tiles since 2004. Back then Alan was called in by Coco Republic to fix a stain on our lounge that another cleaner could not remedy. Today he has been able to recover the carpet after a painter spilt a can of paint down our stairway!

He has always been professional, knowledgable, courteous and meticulous. I'm continually impressed by his ongoing investment in the latest equipment and technology. And I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Alan and Aboslute Professional Cleaners and regularly do so to family and friends.
