AC Psych-Solutions offers assistance to individuals to address life's issues in a caring and supportive environment and have been doing so since 2004.
We offer counselling interventions designed to enable individuals to develop improved coping strategies for dealing with personal problems and difficult circumstances. Approaches such as Solution Focussed counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Behaviour Modification and Motivational Interviewing and Psycho-education enable individuals to manage their situation in a more constructive manner.
