Avoid this kennel at all cost! Being a loyal customer for over 7 years means nothing to them. Booked 3 months ahead for Christmas and unfortunately decided to pay in full at that time. A week after, our plans changed financially and have asked if it's possible to get a refund, maybe even a partial refund. Wouldn't even entertain the idea just wanted to get our money when NO SERVICE was rendered! This is how they look after loyal customers. Never spoke to the management despite multiple requests so I can explain our situation ... instead you get messages passed on through a reception staff who has no decision making capacity.

As a very small boarding kennel offering top quality personal service to our valued guests, we do have a no refund policy, particularly in peak season. This is common in the hospitality industry and fair to all customers. Unlike other facilities we do where possible offer a credit. It was a management decision to maintain this policy rather to increase prices and we are sorry if this is not an appropriate solution for you. Our manager is usually on site, but if she was unavailable at the time of your call, we suggest you send an email to Acacia Grove so that you may be responded to personally. We continue to maintain the highest standard of service but regrettably this does carry a cost.

I'd recommend Acacia Grove to anyone and everyone! They're fantastic. They are a small kennel and actually spent time with my 2 dogs (they even sent me photos of them in playtime!) The staff are so friendly and when I called to see how my two were doing they gave me a whole run down of all of their activities. Very happy!
