During our time as tenants at Acacia Grove Melanie has absolutely amazing. Always contactable and polite. Always kept tenants upto date if there was scheduled maintenance. A home is only as good as its property manager and Melanie was just that. Highly recommend if you are looking to tenant with Acacia Grove.
Mel was our Landlady for 9 years and was always Kind and Accommodating. She is very efficient at getting things fixed around the homes she looks after. And even now as past tenants she has gone above and beyond to readdress a package we accidentally had delivered to out old address. Thankyou Mel for all the hard work you do and all the different hats you were to keep that complex running!
Mel was fantastic to deal with from start to finish!
She kept my housemate and I in the loop with everything that was happening and made it so easy with the moving in and the moving out.
She was professional, respectful and quite simply, a pleasure to deal with.

Warning . We rented from this management Acacia . What a nightmare . We broke our lease however did all the advertising & open house inspections as well as allowing potential renters to fill in all forms required . submitted them were they now had new tenants to occupy this property . With no outlay to them.
De day arrives being told 1weeks rent will be deducted because they found new tenants .
We became friendly with the new tenants we new this was a lie. We got professionals in to do the lawns and I cleaned the inside top to bottom. Mel property manger inspected told us it was unsatisfactory we had 2 days to get it to her standards . Took a day of work cleaned from 7am to 5pm that day , ticked of everything from the tentant check list. When she came said tops of wardrobe shelf needed cleaning. Thank goodness my husband turnt up .
