Air conditioning went on a Honda CRV. A known problem on the model. Took it to Access Auto, was told they would replace a resistor and then regas although there might be more problems. Was happy with the explanation. They replaced said resistor. A resistor that can be found online through at least 5 different retailers for less than $10. They've put a 200% markup on. They tell me it's cause its official parts. The official part costs $10. They then tell me no worries, vehicle is working fine. Get home, same day, air conditioning is not working anytime I turn a corner. So I've paid $200 extra for a resistor, $110 for labour and then the pleasure of $132 to have the air condition that no longer works regassed. When I phone Access Auto and explain why I'm not happy in order to gain some resolution, I deal with an aggressive individual who tells me I can come to the shop and they'll take the resistor and gas out and give me $10 to get my own resistor. I contacted Access Auto Electrics with pressing car problems. Even though they had a full docket for the day they agreed to see if they could fit my car in. On my way over my car wouldn't start so I called them again, they gave me advice and even offered to send someone out to help get my car started. The advice was good and the car got to them. Every person I spoke to was friendly, helpful and positive.

These guys have helped me out on a number of occasions. They're friendly, trustworthy and do a great job. Very highly recommended!
