Access Pest Control - Warning - Don't use
We paid $1,500 for a termite problem.
This included a 5 year warranty.
We have contacted the department of fair trading.
What happened, well the termite problem was not fixed, they returned once to re spray. They mentioned they would need to come back a second time to do another check. Since this they continually say that they will call (and never dose) or "i will be there this Friday at 10am" (and never turns up). Now they have stopped taking my calls. Their email dose not work and they have no website they advertise in the North Shore times weekly. Currently I am looking to get my money. We have contacted the department of fair trading.
